I cannot say enough good things about my home nurse Pam. From the very first visit, she was compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to providing me with exceptional care. Pam treated me with kindness, dignity, and patience while always taking the time to explain things to me as well as answer my questions. Her reliability, attentiveness, and genuine concern gave me peace of mind during this very challenging time and also restored some of my faith in the health industry. She not only cared about my physical health but also about my emotional well-being also.

Pam and Winston have provided excellent care to our elderly mom after she suffered a shoulder fracture (wound care and rehab was needed). Her orthopedic surgeon at her 2 months appointment from the day of her fracture, was very impressed with the progress achieved. Both Pam and Winston were very caring and encouraging which helped our mother remained motivated to continue making progress.

We were extremely happy with the care that Pam offered to my grandmother who had a wound that was not healing and slowly my grandmother was fading away and she didn’t want to do anything. Pam is bubbly and friendly and she laminated information on mobility, her medication, how certain drugs affect drowsiness and interfere with ambulation. Every week she would intentionally ask my grandmother what mattered to her and that made her feel so important and involved in her care. Pam is the best.

Handling a patient with a cancer diagnosis is so challenging. Pam always goes above and beyond to care for her patient. She is incredibly through and makes you feel confident with your treatment plan. Her compassionate care and willingness to listen truly makes her the best!
