She has an extensive collection of certifications and has taken many professional development courses over the years, leading to the ability to provide innovative, high-quality care and ensuring that her team collaborates decisively in the face of any challenge. She creates a synergistic working environment that encourages all employees to release their full potential and provide outstanding outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Dr. Pamella Makoni always strives for the next level of patient care and leadership proficiency, focusing on transformational leadership. She gained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) to ensure she can go above and beyond to respond to diverse patient needs and enhance the overall quality of care.
